- Co-authored and reviewed over 1,000 legislative acts and national laws, including the Law "On Investments and Investment Activity" and the Law "On Special Economic Zones," as well as various secondary legislative acts aimed at strengthening investment, trade, business frameworks, and economic policies in Uzbekistan.
- Contributed to the negotiation and drafting over 30 bilateral and multilateral treaties, including significant agreements such as the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement with EU, establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund, various bilateral investment treaties with countries like South Korea, Qatar, UAE, Belarus, Turkey, India, Italy and trade agreements

Sardor has more than 10 years of experience advising on investment law matters, including investment agreements and government support agreements, drafting national legislation and international treaties, and has unmatched experience in the energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, and other prior sectors of economy.
Prior to joining the firm, Sardor was the Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Investment, Industry of Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He was also a member of Uzbekistan’s negotiating team for joining the WTO and is a member of the supervisory boards of several state-owned joint-stock companies, such as JSC “Uzbekinvest”, JSC “IBC”, and JSC “Uzexpocentre”.
